NikkName provides free nickname generation, font transformation, and Unicode symbol exploration tools for personal, competitive gaming, and social media branding purposes.

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Generate, propagate, or store content that is hateful, abusive, racially offensive, defamatory, or harassing;
• Impersonate brand representatives, game administrators, or other individuals with malicious intent;
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts that degrade the responsiveness or security of our services;
• Attempt to bypass, alter, or manipulate website security measures, administration routes, or database configurations.

3. Intellectual Property & Generated Output

The NikkName platform, proprietary software algorithms, website structure, visual styling, and curated database templates are protected intellectual property.

Generated Nicknames: Nicknames created through the combination of public Unicode standard glyphs and words are not claimed by NikkName as exclusive intellectual property. Users are free to copy, modify, and apply generated aliases to their game profiles and social channels without royalty fees.

4. Third-Party Trademarks & Platform Rules

Game titles (Free Fire, BGMI, PUBG Mobile, etc.) and social media platform names referenced on NikkName are trademarks of their respective owners. NikkName has no affiliation with these entities. Users are personally responsible for verifying that their gamer tags comply with individual game publisher community rules and name-change constraints. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

NikkName is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that generator results will be continuously uninterrupted, error-free, or guaranteed to be accepted by future game patches. In no event shall NikkName or its founders be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
